Frequently asked questions

Chances are you have a question that others have as well. We have answered some of the most common questions below. If your question or answer is not listed, you can always use the contact form.
How can I register for an event?
Each event has a sign-up button that you can use to sign up. You will receive an email confirming your registration, any additional information and, if applicable, payment details. If the event is somewhat further in the future, you will often receive another message from us a few days beforehand with the practical details.
What are the costs?
Costs vary for each event. You can find the details on the individual event pages. Some of our events are free of charge.
What payment methods are used?
For some events, we work with payment in advance (using iDeal). For others, we’ll have a ‘pay at the door’ policy, in which case you’ll be able to pay with a debit card. Which of these options applies, will be detailed on the individual event pages.
What about cancelations or changes?
You can cancel up to one week before the event. When canceling after this deadline, a refund is often no longer possible (see Terms and Conditions).
In case of changes on our part, we always try to communicate these in a timely manner and offer a good alternative if the situation calls for it.
What are the opening hours at Lotus?
We are open for (registered) visitors of our events on the dates and times of the events themselves. Outside of our events, staff is present in the office a few days a week.
What about parking?
We have a number of parking spaces available on our own property. In addition, there is free parking in the neighborhood.
